Helpful meditation and relaxation audio and Apps

There are some wonderful apps that can help you start a meditation practice and relax. Insight Timer is the one that I most recommend. You can find wonderful guided meditations there! 
I also suggest going to your local bookstore or checking out amazon or various apps to see what speaks to you. Remember, you can't just listen to a meditation once and determine if it's worthwhile. This is working on your autonomic nervous system, so please, if you find a guided relaxation that suits you, use it for at least 30 days consistently before you make up your mind!
